# The Unbearable Lightness of Being

First time I've read Kundera. Very engaging read. Storyline was interesting. I enjoyed historical context too. Questions raised in the book were hard. I also liked Kundera's philosophical meditations, that reminded me of Thomas Mann style.

Timing was ironic. I've read this book, watched the film and in few months I went through a breakup and divorce (connection between people in real life and some characters in the book was *funny*).
